Our holiday home is located in the sunny south of Austria, at the foot of the Dobratsch, surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature. Centrally and quietly located, just 100 m from the nearest restaurant and supermarket, as well as many activities in summer and winter. With us you can spend your holiday in the center of swimming lakes and ski slopes, and you can start a hike up our local mountain directly from the house. You and your family can enjoy your stay with us in Carinthia at any time of the year.

With the upscale furnishings, which were made in our own, adjacent small craft workshop, the house is ideal for guests who want to live comfortably on vacation. There are a total of 3 bedrooms: 1 with an extra large double bed, 1 with a bunk bed, 1 with a double bed and a bunk bed. The cozy living room is equipped with a large couch and a fireplace. Of course there is also a flat screen TV and a music system for our guests. In the spacious private garden you can barbecue, enjoy the sun in a deck chair and relax after an eventful day on the mountain or at the lake.

The holiday home is located in the border triangle of Carinthia, Italy and Slovenia. This makes it the ideal starting point for activities in Carinthia or the nearby surrounding area. On the mountain you can switch between the three countries with just a few footsteps.

There is an S-Bahn station and a bus station in town. Shuttle buses also run regularly to the most popular destinations in the area, such as the Nassfeld ski area.
